Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent unterstützt Du das Team bei der Festlegung, Umsetzung und Aufrechterhaltung operativer Prozesse und Verfahren, um die Ziele zu erreichen.
Du hilfst bei der Analyse und Ermittlung von Möglichkeiten zur Prozessverbesserung (Durchführung von Lückenanalysen zwischen aktuellen und künftigen Prozessen).
In Zusammenarbeit mit IT- und Technikverantwortlichen unterstützt Du die Integration neuer und bestehender Prozesse.
Du hilfst bei der Moderation von Problemlösungs- und Brainstorming-Sitzungen mit Kunden, um Lösungen zu entwickeln, die für alle Beteiligten von Vorteil sind.
Du hilfst bei der technischen Beratung zu Verarbeitungstechnologien, Möglichkeiten, Risiken und Kosten.
Du erstellst und pflegst eine qualitativ hochwertige Dokumentation, die für die Schulung von Anwendern und als Referenz für die tägliche Arbeit verwendet werden kann.
Du erstellst Managementberichte und dokumentierst Produktivitäts-KPIs.

Dein Profil

Du bist immatrikulierter Student der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines verwandten Studienfachs.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzten wir vor raus. Spanisch ist ein Plus.
Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Telekommunikation, Elektrotechnik oder Elektronik.
Du verfügst über analytisches und logisches Denken sowie kreative Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
Du bist ein Kommunikationsprofi und arbeitest gerne im Team.
Du hast eine positive Einstellung, die dazu führt, dass Erwartungen übertroffen werden.

Your mission

As working student, You will support the team in defining, implementing and maintaining operational processes and procedures to achieve the objectives.
Assist in analyzing and identifying opportunities for process improvement (performing gap analysis between current and future processes).
In collaboration with IT and engineering stakeholders, You will support the integration of new and existing processes.
You will assist in facilitating problem solving and brainstorming sessions with customers to develop solutions that are win-win.
You'll also assist in providing technical advice on processing technology, capabilities, risks, and costs.
You will create and maintain high quality documentation that can be used for training operational users as well as reference for day-to-day work.
You will create management reports and document productivity KPIs.

Your profile

You are an enrolled student in engineering or a related field of study.
Good German and English skills are required. Spanish is a plus.
You have knowledge in telecommunications, electrical engineering or electronics.
You have analytical and logical thinking with creative problem solving skills.
Also you have good communication and teamwork skills.
You have a positive attitude that results in exceeding expectations.
