- Oversee multiple ISPs, serving as the primary liaison for order handling matters.
- Manage the end-to-end order activation process.
- Define, manage, and enhance processes, procedures, and workflows.
- Coordinate and oversee stakeholders responsible for technical customer order provisioning.
- Monitor performance metrics and enhance KPIs and SLAs.
- Optimize operational processes and workflows to prioritize quality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with S/PRI organizational standards and proactively mitigate potential risks.
