Your mission
As an Operations Center Engineer specializing in Technical Order Management & Provisioning, you'll spearhead the development, management, and refinement of processes critical to activate services to end consumers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing operational processes to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. With your keen eye for detail and proactive approach to risk mitigation, you'll play a key role in driving our company's strategic objectives forward.   • Oversee multiple ISPs, serving as the primary liaison for order handling matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end order activation process.
  • Define, manage, and enhance processes, procedures, and workflows.
  • Coordinate and oversee stakeholders responsible for technical customer order provisioning.
  • Monitor performance metrics and enhance KPIs and SLAs.
  • Optimize operational processes and workflows to prioritize quality and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with S/PRI organizational standards and proactively mitigate potential risks. 
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the fiber optic industry. 
  • Proficiency in FTTH network management, emphasizing provisioning and customer maintenance, is a plus. 
  • Expertise in process management and -tools, familiar with S/PRI protocol 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Analytical and logical thinking abilities for problem-solving.
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Proactive attitude towards contribution and improvement.
  • Language proficiency: Proficient in English; Spanish and German are a plus.
