Maintenance Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

Are you ready to lead and innovate in the realm of maintenance operations? As our Maintenance Operations Manager, you'll take charge of overseeing remote resolution and managing multiple regional and in-house cabling maintenance companies. With a focus on ensuring top-notch customer maintenance processes, you'll spearhead efforts to enhance quality, efficiency, and time to resolution. Plus, you'll drive transformative changes in our processes and systems, defining improvements and assessing their impact to ensure we're always at the forefront of operational excellence. Responsible for third-party companies for customer maintenance, including SDU & MDU, in-house cabling, remote and field resolution.
Monitor performance metrics and improve KPIs, SLAs, and overall quality.
Maintain relationships with ISPs, regional managers, and stakeholders.
Develop, refine, and optimize processes, workflows, and standards to enhance quality and performance.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless operations.
Align with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably in the fiber optic industry.
Proficiency in FTTH network management, emphasizing provisioning and customer maintenance is a plus
Expertise in process management for operational efficiency enhancement.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Analytical and logical thinking abilities for problem-solving.
Structured, solution-oriented approach to tasks.
Proactive attitude towards contribution and improvement.
Language proficiency: Proficient in English; Spanish and German are a plus.
