- Responsible for third-party companies for customer maintenance, including SDU & MDU, in-house cabling, remote and field resolution.
- Monitor performance metrics and improve KPIs, SLAs, and overall quality.
- Maintain relationships with ISPs, regional managers, and stakeholders.
- Develop, refine, and optimize processes, workflows, and standards to enhance quality and performance.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless operations.
- Align with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
