Senior Release Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

Our mission is to foster a dynamic technology and architecture environment in which the Senior Release Manager supports our technological development by defining delivery plans and coordinating the collaboration between different development teams, quality assurance and all relevant stakeholders.
Our Senior Release Manager ensures that our developments are fully aligned with the dynamic needs of our business through continuous improvement, strategic foresight, and effective communication, allowing our organization to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Lead test management, coordinating and analyzing progress, and reviewing strategies.
Manage operational test coordination, planning, and environment usage in releases.
Act as a liaison between business and technical experts, supporting successful User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
Drive enhancement of release and test management processes and tools.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement solutions aligned with business needs.
Implement performance metrics and KPIs for release effectiveness, analyzing data for improvements.
Oversee external service providers, ensuring high-quality deliveries and fostering collaboration.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
5+ years of expertise in Testing and/or Release Management roles.
Project Management expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Telco Industry experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of methodological frameworks (Scrum, ISTQB, ITIL).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; effective conflict resolution; ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in German and English; Spanish is a plus.
