Transformation und Governance ist innerhalb des Bereichs CTIO angesiedelt und mit einem enthusiastischen und talentierten Team für die Transformation von CTIO, Monitoring & Governance, Vendor Performance Management und Partnerstrategie verantwortlich.

Wir suchen Dich, um unser Team als Procurement Specialist Construction (m/w/d) zu unterstützen.

Verwaltung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit unseren Baupartnern für den CTIO Bereich
Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Programmen zur Lieferantenauswahl, um sicherzustellen, dass die besten Baupartner im Einklang mit den Unternehmensrichtlinien ausgewählt werden
Steuerung von neuen Baupartnern und zugelassenen Baupartnern im Bezug auf ihre Verantwortlichkeiten und Verpflichtungen
Definition von Standards für die Bewertung der Leistung von zugelassenen Lieferanten
Erstellung von Lieferantenstrategien und die langfristige Entwicklung sowie Preisverhandlungen
Gemeinsam mit deinem Team bewertest Du aktuelle Managementprogramme für Baupartner und ermittelst Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
Erste Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen, idealerweise in der Telekommunikations-, Versorgungs- oder Infrastrukturbranche
Sehr gute Strukturierung, Auffassung für Details und analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Solide Kenntnisse aller gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, Workflow, Mapping
Erfahrungen mit ERP-Tools (SAP) sind ein Plus
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Your mission

The Transformation and Governance area is located within CTIO unit and is responsible for the transformation of CTIO, Monitoring & Governance, Vendor performance management and Partner strategy with a transversal, enthusiastic and talented team.

We are looking for you to support our team as a Procurement Specialist Construction (m/f/d)

Manage and negotiate contracts with our construction partners for the CTIO area
Assist in the implementation of supplier selection programmes to ensure that the best construction partners are selected in line with company policies
Managing new construction partners and approved construction partners in terms of their responsibilities and commitments
Define standards for evaluating the performance of approved suppliers.
Establish supplier strategies and long-term development
Performance evaluation of construction partners, as well as price negotiations
Price comparison of suppliers to determine the best prices and the best quality of services and products
Together with your team, you will evaluate current management programmes for construction partners and identify improvement measures.

Your profile

Completed studies in business administration or comparable training
Several years of experience in comparable positions, ideally in the telecommunications, utilities or infrastructure industry
Very good structuring, attention to detail and excellent analytical and conceptual skills
You are a communication professional and enjoy working in a team
You have the ability to present complex and technical issues in a comprehensible way
You are motivated and have a high degree of proactivity and flexibility
Excellent knowledge of all common MS Office applications, especially Excel. Experience with tools used in setting up networks: Workflow, mapping etc. are a plus
Experience with ERP tools (SAP) is a plus
Excellent communication skills in German and English (oral and written), knowledge of Spanish is a plus
